2 heads cauliflower
3 cups tillamook extra sharp cheddar cheese
3 cups diced tomatoes
1 3/4 cups cream of chicken
1/4 cup white wine
sea salt & fresh cracked pepper to taste
cut cauliflower into small clumps, steam (medium heat) for 10 minutes
preheat oven to 425
place cauliflower, grated cheese, tomatoes, cream of chicken and wine into shallow baking dish.
flavor with salt and pepper, cook for 45 minutes.
